| Mapping dilute with SNPs |
This is a supplement to the discussion of mapping dilute.
Chromosomes with D as the first character are wild-type for dilute (D).
Chromosomes with d as the first character carry the recessive dilute allele (d).
The 160 SNPs on the X chromosome are displayed in the order that they appear on the assembly. Select a region of the X chromosome using the menu below. You can choose to display all chromosomes or only those chromosomes that have had crossovers in the interval that you are viewing.
