| Heritable Phenotypes Associated with Gene Models |
These reports contain all Heritable Alleles in Geniverse, associated with the appropriate Gene Model. Gene Models not associated with Heritable Phenotypes are absent from these reports. This is a resource for developers that will not be seen by student users. Students will merge Heritable Phenotypes with Gene Models by constructing arguments from evidence acquired by sequencing mutant alleles. There are three versions, differing by the sort order. These reports contain all Gene Models in Geniverse, associated with the highest level Molecular Function term. All Gene Models are present in these reports; if there is no Molecular Function term associated, "(none)" is noted. This is a resource that students will be able to see.
