Mapping brown with SNPs

This is a supplement to the discussion of mapping brown.

Chromosomes with B as the first character are wild-type for brown (B).

Chromosomes with b as the first character carry the recessive brown allele (b).

The 160 SNPs on the X chromosome are displayed in the order that they appear on the assembly. Select a region of the X chromosome using the menu below. You can choose to display all chromosomes or only those chromosomes that have had crossovers in the interval that you are viewing.
